These pages provide an opportunity to break the isolation that is common to M.E. sufferers and to share, with others, common interests that are solely for pleasure or may be therapeutic.

They include keeping in touch with each other, remembering birthdays and sending cards; sharing hobbies; swapping jokes and light-hearted stories. Hello All,

John has very kindly let me loose within the social and leisure section, more specifically the poetry, photography, illustrations and review sub sections so I'm hoping to get the creativity in you all flowing!

In the running of the social and leisure section I'm looking for interaction from you the sufferer. It doesn't have to be ME-related; it can be anything of your choice - let's try and look at the good as well as the bad!

Even if you don't want to be displayed you can still write in and be part of
